Andrea Koutras has been a home visitor with the Saginaw County Youth Protection Council’s Teen Parent Services Birth-5 home visiting program for a year.  She enjoys providing helpful resources and services to her families, as well as connecting with parents and children and seeing their growth.  

Teen Parent Service’s Birth-5 Program is available to families with children ages 0-5 living in any community in Saginaw County, outside of the City of Saginaw.  Anyone who wishes to enroll can contact Teen Parent Services at 989-792-6789.

Tonia Vasquez has been a home visitor with the Saginaw Intermediate School District’s (SISD) Early Head Start home visiting program for 8 years.  She enjoys building relationships with families and watching them grow as parents and their children grow and learn!

 Kristin O’Donnoghue has been a home visitor for 1.5 years and works with the Healthy Families America home visiting program as a Family Service Worker.  She enjoys getting to interact and watch the families grow.  She says it’s awesome to see kids learn a new skill!
